Each 15 inch strand consists of 4mm smooth round natural gemstones with .8mm approximate hole size. Each chakra is generally coordinated with each color of the rainbow, but there are also alternatives. We chose gemstones that are commonly used in Reiki healing; during our research we found the perfect selection of healing stones to resonate with each chakra.
- Amethyst is used for the crown chakra because it enhances spiritual awareness, and intuition.
- Sodalite was our choice for the third eye/brow chakra because this stone promotes rational thought, objectivity, and emotional balance.
- Angelite was selected for the throat chakra as it brings balance and allows you to release negative emotions and speak your truth with an open heart.
- Green Aventurine for the heart chakra because it is known as a heart healer and dispels negative emotions and thoughts, as well as bringing emotional calm.
- Yellow Tigereye was chosen for the solar plexus chakra because it boosts ambition and heightens intellect.
- Carnelian Red Agate for the sacral chakra because this stone promotes creativity, courage, and boosts desire.
- Red jasper for the root chakra as it is known to help bring problems to light and has powerful protective properties.
