Are the prices on your website Wholesale?

Yes, after you register you will be able to see the wholesale prices. If you are a Retail Bead Store, please give us a call at (828) 505-2328 or email us at order@cherrytreebeads.com. We reserve special prices and programs for our Bead Store customers.

I'm a Bead Store. How do I find out about your special programs?

Cherry Tree Beads reserves certain programs for our brick and morter retail bead stores. These programs are generally packaged for retail sale and are designed for our customers who are resellers of beads, findings, and other beading components. Bead Store generally purchase different products than designers and are required to purchase in much larger quantities to receive special discounts.

**Selling finished jewelry in a retail location does not qualify someone for bead store prices**

Can I reorder a product that I purchased at a bead show?

In most cases yes! We try to purchase in sufficient quantity to provide for re-orders. However, there are many cases where we find a small quantity of unique beads. These are one time specials and aren't reorderable.

If you don't see the product on our website, please feel free to call us to see if we have some in our show stock.

What is required to purchase from your website?

We require that you provide us with your Sales Tax ID. This is obtained from your state department of revenue. In most states this is either free or provided for a minimal charge.

* Several states do not have Sales Tax. If you live in one of these states, no sales tax id is required for purchase

Is ordering through the website the only way to place an order?

No. While the website enables us to process your order most efficiently, orders can also be placed over the phone, via fax, or by e-mail.

For easy re-ordering of the sets we offer, reorder forms which list all styles in the set are available on the website. This is especially useful when maintaining a display in a bead store, by allowing you to reorder missing parts at a glance.

Is there a minimum purchase amount?

Not at all. We understand that selecting products for your designs is a sensitive process. Therefore, we have decided to forgo a minimum order policy to allow for our customers to see and hold a product before committing to bulk orders.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Cherry Tree accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Google Checkou, Check, Money Order, and Cash.

What methods of shipping do you use?

Cherry Tree Beads uses the US Postal Service's flat rate boxes. Over time we have found this option to be the quickest, cheapest, and most relible way to ship beads. The website will often overestimate the cost of shipping. Once your order is pulled and packaged we will adjust your total to reflect only the actual cost of shipping.

If you require an alternative shipping method such as UPS or Fedex, please call before completing your order online.

Due to the difficulty and time required to ship overnight packages, we require a minimum purchase of $50 for this service.

When can I expect to receive my order?

We try to process all orders on the day they are placed. If we are unable to ship the day the order was placed, it will ship the following business day. You can expect to recieve your order in 5-7 business days.

What is your return policy?

We are happy to exhange or refund the purchase price for any items you are unhappy with, for any reason, as long as they are returned within 14 days of receipt and in the same condition as when shipped.

After 14 days we are only able to exchange items, or offer a credit and must charge a 10% re-stocking fee to cover our expenses.

Please make sure to package any returns in a proper manner to prevent breakage in transit.
